Glad you all had a great time yesterday. Even with safe distancing, just being around the people you enjoy is fun.
I can't get over how quickly Emy's facial features are changing into more defined "toddler" ones. She's so cute. Love her Thanksgiving outfit, by the way!
As for your parents, has it been about 2 years since the fire at their house? (I was trying to recall.) You mentioned recently that their house is just about finished, and fingers crossed it will be done before Christmas.
All the food looked delicious, by the way! Yes, plenty to be thankful for all around, and you have the correct attitude about life in general.
thanks for the well wishes. I did buy myself some holiday cheer last night.

My boys will have a couple of bites of turkey if I push them. Other than that, it's all mashed potatoes and carrots for them.
They both actually did great! It's the first year I haven't had to make something extra for them. They each had a little turkey, mashed potatoes, carrots, and corn.I gotta’ have a bit of almost everything, and I like turkey well enough, but, I LUVS me some honey glazed ham the most...!!!!!
I have lettering brushes and woodcarving tools that are 33 years old...and the KitchenAid mixer handed down to us by hubby's grandmother. I have no idea how old it really is, but it's up there...could be older than me (I'm 48).
THNX I honestly thought he'd notice the tablecloth first I made 2 of them and they lasted about 2 minutes eachBrad says...delicious!
My doctor says it should be above 60 for cancer prevention, so I say you are pretty good. Actually he was happy with an 80.
Wegmans thinks of everything
I got nothing older then her but myself, as I have only been married for 21 years.
No liquor sales in our supermarkets here. (I don't think that's the whole state, just certain locations only.) I don't care though.
Yep, only beer and wine in grocery stores here too. Only liquor stores sell all alcoholic beverages.
Absolutely no turkey eaten here ...
We had a mix of chicken bits (salt and pepper and spicy) and spring rolls (duck and veg)What did you eat? (I've had lobster, or steak or other fish entrees for Thanksgiving in the past -- just depended upon what restaurant we went to.)
