Well, Miss Kylie was definitely a little annoyed when we got back from lunch. We first left and came back (went for a walk) a few times in the morning so she would know we were coming back. Lunch was about 90 minutes, she was asleep when we got back, but would not look me in the eye. Totally peeved! LOL. Oh, well.

Btw - mojo pork sandwich last night with grilled pineapple and onion rings - awesome. From the same place today - mojo pork chips appetizer (like nachos) and then a mojo pork bowl with jasmine rice and teriyaki veg. Pork heaven! Melt in your mouth and delicious.

Then we left her alone again around dinnertime. B's brother booked a room in a restaurant and I have to tell you I was extremely uncomfortable. Too many people in a little room. I sat down by myself for a moment and thought, "This is so stupid." Fortunately, a lot of people left right away or I probably would have ubered back to the house. Granted, there's a lot less COVID up here, but places like that are starting to get a lot of cases all of a sudden lately (even Monroe County/The Keys.)

Thank goodness tomorrow's thing is an outdoor BBQ. As much as it's nice to see family, this is stressful.

She was much more normal when we came back from the evening thing. I took her out in the backyard, and then for a walk (I'm super bloated and wanted some exercise LOL.)

OK, enough dwelling on being stupid. Time for bed.

My two youngest and I went Trick or Treating in a friends neighborhood yesterday because it is bigger than ours with much smaller driveways. Trick or Treating in our neighborhood is like a work out. My friend said not as many houses participated, but my kids still got a bucket full of candy each. We had 8 trick or treaters at our house according to dh. When we got back to our neighborhood I did drive my girls to one house to trick or treat there. These people had just moved in over the summer and really did an amazing Halloween display. I didn’t want their work to go to waste.
