Today my wife and I went to the Delaware Water Gap (Kittantiny Point) . In all sincerity, we worked hard hiking up a rocky trail to the top of the mountain in order to take these photos. View attachment 496049View attachment 496050View attachment 496051

It is the next morning, and prior to going to school I am looking over photos my wife took. This photo shows me walking up the rocky trail. This was not just an isolated tough spot. It was rocky like that the entire lengthy trail!

Well, I should be at Disney today; we’ve spent most of our previous 12 anniversaries there, with amazing dinners from the old Flying Fish Cafe to Tiffins to V&A’s. But the fancy dinners were not what made it special, it was just taking a moment to appreciate life together.

To prove that, today for our 13th, we’re catching a matinee at the local AMC Dine-In.

In all seriousness, grateful to be able to enter a mini-bubble for a couple of hours with phones off, away from my work and his Dad, and spend that time together.

First time since, I think, February (?) in a movie theater. Yes, I’m bringing wipes!

It was indeed an enjoyable, chill, weekend, for the most part.
Hope y’all’s was, as well...!!!
We spent some time at my folks temporary digs Sunday, and then met them at Family Central yesterday.
Things have been progressing very slowly on the rebuild, so far. Long story short, the guy that was in charge is no longer with the company, so another guy moved up to take his place. He’s promised things will vastly improve under his watch. We’re givin’ him 2 weeks to deliver on that promise of improved pace, otherwise we’ll get the attention of the company with other action.
Just one of life’s little bumps...!
Still, all in all, it was a great weekend...!!!!!

We cancelled both of our September trips. We should have arrived Friday And stay put for about 2 weeks. Next up is December. We shall see about that.

But they’ve cancelled just about all ways of celebrating Christmas this year so maybe not.

Can’t believe they are not lighting the castle with lights.

we should be in WDW too. We have gone almost every September for a few weeks since 1988 minus a few when the kids were in college because college trumped Disney. Likely a September trip when I met you two!

I'm enjoying lower crowd levels. We're in line for RnRC. We have this, Muppets, and Smuggler's Run, and we'll have done everything. We did SDD and TSM twice.
