I don't think they took working parents into account with the schedule.

I haven’t quit yet. Really debating this.
I have a nanny right now., technically she could make sure he had everything together, and see him off if a classmate picked him up. Or maybe even take him and pick him up.. I don’t know if I would offer to pay extra for that? 🤷‍♀️
I had added a nanny rider to our club membership, a couple of weeks ago.,her and T have been going a lot lately... or she just picks him up in time to rest before soccer if he goes with a friend. I feel like I’m throwing a lot of money away for this situation...but I guess it is what it is right now.

I’ll miss all of the games, too. Then in fall the games are scheduled at off times in midday on Saturday and Sundays, not sure how that will conflict with soccer (don’t have soccer schedule yet).

Also, didn’t want to buy a phone for him for another 2 years, but I think if we stay on the team, then I’ll have to.

I don’t really know what to do.

So I think I need like one or two more pairs of sunglasses. What do y'all think?

Can I borrow a pair? I’m down to 0 😂😂🤦‍♀️

I yell at T for losing things, but then I left a pair of good sunglasses sitting next to self checkout at Kroger.. then ordered a pair of polarized aviators to match T’s new glasses.. left them at a baseball game within a week. And yesterday broke an old pair when dropped.
Meanwhile, T’s aviators and baseball sunglasses are still neatly in their cases, not lost or broken. (knock on wood)
I’m waiting for another sale until I buy a new pair. 😂

Oh dear. That's why I have so many. With my migraines, going outside without sunglasses cannot happen, not even on a cloudy day. So I end up buying pair after pair...and then I'm like, where'd my last pair end up? And then they just accumulate.

I'm feeling rather accomplished because one of these pairs I was wearing in a picture that popped up in a Facebook memory from 2013. I can't believe I've kept them going for that long. 😂

If you don't want to buy him a phone for awhile, just don't buy him a smartphone. I think you can still get flip phones that would just be used for emergencies or for scheduling rides etc...
