Although, I’m not sure this is the case with the monorail (the A/C coulda’ just been on the fritz), it would make some sense.
Let me try another one...

That link works, thank you. I'm inclined to believe the A/C situation outlined in the article; but just the other day, I heard that even that information now is being (somewhat) disputed. (The explanation was over my head, but had something to do with the way the air would re-circulate through the system, so as not to necessarily be an issue at all.)

I think the one common agreement in all of this, is to reduce your exposure to others, particularly indoors, and especially in smaller spaces.

Glad to hear that nobody was hurt seriously during the horse incident, and of course that includes the horse. Will we now see a ban on balloons in the parks?

Doubt they'd ever ban the balloons -- they make a lot of money selling those. The only change I could imagine would be if they continue with (Merida on horseback) going down Main Street, they'd simply have the balloon CMs to wait until the horse has passed by, before bringing their balloons back out for sale.

And, I’m not saying I explicitly believe the information either. Both of the articles I linked were written back in April. I’m just relating that this could be a reason Disney isn’t taking a chance. But, I’m going to go with it was just broken at this point, because I’ve not seen any information otherwise since this came up, including that other Disney venues aren’t using A/C.
Other than the obvious things we now know, there’s definitely still a learning curve on this thing, even with the “experts”.

BTW...
Shouldn’t we have current perts working on all this, rather than experts...?!!! :D;)

It’s funny, I watched that “paradette”? in both live feed recordings (Tues. and Thurs.)
and both times that horse struck me as looking just plain tired, or putout...just “off”.
Head down just slowly clomppin’ down the street. Just didn’t look right.

I've always heard that the definition of an "expert" is a person who learns more and more about less and less until he knows everything about nothing.
