My neurologist was busier than usual today. He refilled my medicine for another year in total 90 day supplies X 4. Since my Trigeminal Neuralgia has been doing so well, he did not see any reason for me to go and see him unless I experience bad flare ups. He suggested I let my PCP take over my care. I agreed. I am glad that I went. I didn't get caught in too much rain. It only began as I got off the bus, a block away from my home.

Later in the day, I received a phone call from the office of my PCP. She is sick, and they wanted to know how I wanted to proceed. Since I had my test results, I didn't see any reason to just go for a blood pressure check. I suggested I call for an appointment in a month. They agreed. My new medicine isn't giving me any terrible side effects, so I felt OK about returning in another 4 weeks. I hope my doctor does not have coronavirus.

As much as I love the parks, I decided I was more than happy watching it from the safety of my living room

Me too! I have a trip late April scheduled. Not likely to happen. I've seen the modified rumors of partial park openings with limited attractions. My gut says if they have to keep attractions closed because guests would be too close it isn't likely good judgement to be there in the first place. We shall see. My son beyond WDW with us also has a New York trip planned the week before. None of it is likely going to happen.

But my point was more to in generally stop ragging on the younger generation because those of us much older than college aged students were being equally as stupid at the same time because they decided to have some fun. Far more people, older than the less mess mature Drunk Boat decided that a trip to WDW over the past week too was worth the risk to themselves and others when they returned back home. More Get off the College Kids butts when so many older folks went to WDW. The pictures show babies, children, middle aged, AARP and Seniors at WDW this past week and weekend. It is just wrong to harp only on college students when WDW fans were doing the same but with all age demographics participating in very close contact with other guests. My DD and I actually thought for a split second of how cheap of weekend it might be....:)...but came to our senses quickly. But daydreams are fun.

Yes, in your case, best to call and ask them for their guidance. Plus the situation with this virus is so fluid (changes multiple times every day from what I hear), that it's a good idea to check in on the phone with them first. Take care of yourself.

I call my doctors office because I have an annual checkup appointment next month and they did not help me. The lady was like we are still seeing patients and you can cancel but if you reschedule, it's going to be mid September. :banghead: I already cancelled my orginal appointment which was ironically in September/October.

In my head: maybe there is too many patients

This was favorite game when I was just beginning the world of the internet.

Wish I still had to play today.
I had to two main ones, that one and the four park one up until last week when I finally gave up and threw them away. I have nothing to play them on and all they do is collect dust.

Glad your visit went well, and that the meds are helping you.

We went and did most of our shopping and the shopping for somebody who can't go out. I have to say the stores were orderly, pretty well stocked, people were distancing and every store had wipes for the carts:joyfull: Wegmans even had a new cider pic coming at some point. The only thing I didn't find was 5 pound bags of organic carrots so I had to buy several 2 pounds bags, not complaining at all

Carrots are o.k. You can buy those.

Kale: 🤮

Not that this is a surprise to any of you, but I am beyond lame at times. So, my bank (has about 12 area branches) notified customers yesterday, that their hours will still be the same, but that they're temporarily (due to C. virus) shutting down the bank lobbies.

Instead they'll be using the drive-throughs and ATMS on site. (They did leave two branch lobbies open, but the locations are not convenient to me.) Never used a drive-through before ( :jawdrop: ), and I've only seen SUVs, etc., use them. I have a low to the ground, fart car. So I asked hubs if I needed to see a teller in person, could I walk through the drive-through, and wait in between the cars in the line? He nearly lost it. :hilarious:

Most of what I need, I can do with the ATMs. But, I like the peeps in my local branch bank, and what if I wanted to say hi. Hubs mentioned to me that it's some sort of insurance liability issue for the banks, that only vehicles can use the drive-through lanes. Ugh. :cautious:

Be sure to disinfect your hands and don't touch your face after using that keypad!!
