Nothing available at any of the values, with the exception of suites. Maybe something will pop up closer to the trip.

I might not be able to stay close to them, and I can’t take him to a different resort.. the whole point is for him to be with grandparents and cousins. Gosh, I just can’t justify that stupid AoA suite for me. Not saying that I don’t want to stay near my family, but literally I don’t want to spend that on this hotel. They have 4 people per room so for them it makes more sense. Does that sound jerk-y of me towards them if I stay somewhere else?

I’m only going for 3 nights, they’re going for 6 nights. Maybe T and the young kids could stay one night with me.. and the other adults go to dinner or something.

Although maybe not ideal, is there room in one of their suites? Maybe you can share a queen with someone

This is room only for 3 nights at AoA with my pin code, before any tickets.

Is it strictly because of the gondolas?
It just looks so crazy to me. It’s more than AKL and WL.

speaking of gondolas..
imagine my surprise that the VIDANTA park (the former Circle Du Soleil park in my town). Is installing the same type of gondolas. (passed yesterday by the river, and they were erecting the largest tower).
Same kind of towers. Infact, one of the stations looks identical to the Disney's RIVERA resort one.

Infact, I'm not sure if its because they had a few ex disney imagineers working.. but they are also building a Tower of Terror style tower, a Mine train, and other stuff

and the whole design reminds me of the Atlantis hotel or an oversized Gaylord's. Where the park and most of its attractions are surrounded by the hotel towers.

Now I wonder how they will deal with hurricanes and quakes at same time. Specially since they decided to build very close to federal land (which is usually reserved for river, seas and mostly land unsuitable to build because of hazards like floods, etc...)

Are there any circumstances that one should keep their tax copies that long?

In the case of businesses (including small proprietorships), I don't believe there is any statute of limitations, on how far back a (potential) audit could go. Keep them all.

For the average family, individuals, etc., with basic straight-forward returns, I think the common advice is to keep up to 5 years only.

And just like that my form was online, and I just filed my taxes. Woohoo!!!
I miss the days when dh was an employee and we could just file and wait for a refund. This time of year is always a hassle when you own your own business. He needs an accountant to do the taxes, and of course we always owe and have to pay double because we need to pay what we owe and then pay first quarter taxes at the same time. 🤮

This is what I was going to say. Why can’t you share with your parents? They sleep 6 @21stamps

I just looked at the layout.. looks like 1 queen, 1 double, 1 pull out.

The grandkids are staying with my parents. Sister & bro in law are staying in their own..planning on hopefully being next door to each other so the kids can move between the 2 when getting ready. They’re crashing but did their own room..I don’t know if I want to crash and cramp 😂. My parents are probably wondering what they got themselves into. Lol. This all started as them taking the grandkids.. then their kids started inviting themselves 🤣

We should have just planned a whole family trip.lol

Here's an idea: how about staying off-site? You and T could have a beautiful room at the Waldorf Astoria in Bonnet Creek, or the Ritz Carlton (further away). You could either rent a car, or just use Uber, etc.

Or, you could just get a room at one of the hotels up on Hotel Boulevard (near Disney Springs). The rates up there are really cheap.

I like this idea too. Can’t you just have T for 3 days and then he can stay with the grandparents when you leave? Now we have stayed in the Cars suite. There are 2 full baths and a pull out couch and murphy bed. You and T could share one of those beds.

So.... until a few months ago... I'd never heard that St. Louis likes their bagels cut differently than the rest of the country. (Maybe even the world) the more I thought about this, the more I liked the idea. (If the bagels are fresh I prefer them not toasted) Anyone else intrigued by this?

Not really.

I eat David's Deli Bagels for breakfast with them toasted. They already were cut in the factory before going to the store with them in a sealed bag.

I eat Chocolate Chip, Blueberry, French toast, Apple cinnamon, french toast, and Cinnamon raisin brands of their bagels. They are located in the refrigerator aisle.

I like to toast mine.
