Side note dh and I went to a winery and did a tasting a while back and dh felt guilty about not buying a bottle not me, welp I have some cooking wine. He poured each a small bit neither of us fisnished it We both decided my cheap white zin was MUCH better.

LUVS me some stuffed mushrooms...used to be a steak place here in town years ago that had a shrimp and lobster stuffed mushrooms app that was so awesome...!!!!!!!

Yep, that was the end of the season. It was announced (today I think) that the next season will be next fall.

Well make sure you tell him that on the bright side, there will be a new season. Is he into Marvel? There will be some Marvel series this spring, I think.

Never liked the second or any sequels of the original.

I actually kinda’ like the second one, too, but, those 2 parts have always stuck out to me about the second one. Both movies can be picked apart, as can all, and those 2 are supposed to be silly in the first place, so no big deal.
I’ve not watched any of the movies beyond the first 2.

Looks like your family had a wonderful Christmas celebration. Emy is always the star in the pictures. Your parents must be so proud of the family they created. They also look too young to be great grandparents.

Was that the end of the season?

I was bummed when I found out it was over. They started filming season 2 in October. I wonder if they spread them out like that so people will renew next year. Dh thinks they spread it out like that so the story doesn’t get stale too quickly. Well they have plenty of time to make some really good episodes.

@donaldtoo , those were fun pictures of the back-to-back celebrations. One of my favorite photos was Emy staring at the Christmas village. I also loved seeing the look of glee on your son's face, when he was holding up his DVD presents.

As for the food feasts -- OMG!!! You guys know how to EAT!!! Not only were the main meal items appetizing, but I was very impressed with the photo of the dessert table -- yikes! Way to go!!!

Man... this cold is seriously kicking my butt... I think I slept 5 minutes last night... I'm tired and cranky and want chicken soup, but I'm the one who makes the chicken soup, and I don't feel like making it.

Last night on the weather the weather guy said there was a winter storm headed our way but that nothing would start until around 9am. So I got up early to take the dog (and husband) for a walk but at 7am it was already sleeting. Icky. So I guess it will be a lazy day around the house today.

Unfortunately he no longer drives because of the medication he takes and his lack of range of motion. You know though, your onto something... maybe uber eats or someone can deliver me some soup!
