@dryerlintfan and @figmentfan423 I was talking to our new guidance counselor at school today about WDW and her husband is in the military and when I mentioned that there was a military resort she was pretty excited! They aren't planning on going for awhile but when she does I might have some questions for you.
Feel free to ask away. My 2 favorite tips stay at SOG and get tickets on the base one is stationed at

Duhhh . . . I did something kinda dumb. I bought a can of white spray paint (to do some touchups in a few places, like doorframes, etc.). Don't know much about paint, so I thought I bought the wash-off kind. Apparently not . . . :cautious:

Well, there I was this morning with white paint all over my fingers (you see, if the white paint accidentally got sprayed on a different colored wall, I just wiped it off quickly from the wall with my fingers). Worked fine. Proud of self. :p

BUT, when I was done, I went to wash my hands in the sink and the paint would not come off! :jawdrop: Oh, what to do?! Went to Google and asked how to remove it. Voila! Poured some olive oil on my hands and rubbed it in, and within a minute or less, the paint was coming off!! :D Really -- no need for turpentine or whatever it is -- just get some olive oil!!! :hilarious:

And your fingers will be really slippery and taste good. You can probably eat a green salad with your fingers and not need any dressing. :p

I miss the neon colors, rolled up jeans with oversized tops/sweaters. The socks that you scrunched down, and the Reebok hi-tops. I wasn’t a fan of shoulder pads and would cut them out if any of my shirts had them. Ripped jeans from the 80’s are now back in fashion.

I agree... I loved 80's fashion... but I was a teen of the 80's, so of course I would. I have to laugh when I talk about it with my dad, he remember me in a bright neon outfit and taking me to see my grandparents in GA, and I guess my Grandfather gave my dad the WTH look!

Well in my opinion, as I was a teen of the 80’s, the wild and bright neon was sure as heck loads better than the grunge look of the nineties. 😉

Super busy day yesterday. Youngest had a 4 hour practice. They learned the dance for the routine. They also had to rework a bunch of spots because one little girl wasn’t returning. Then after lunch we drove to Cumberland Valley Rail Trail to take a walk. I took a few shots.

Thanks for sharing those great photos! You are home today? I am traveling...starting around 10am...
Starting from Sharon PA and heading on I-80East all the way back to NJ. Will I pass your town's exit?

Yesterday I was at a family gathering in Delta Ohio. In the late afternoon I wanted to see Lake Erie. I have never visited any of the Great Lakes. Here is a photo I took in Sandusky Ohio....Message_1569701725388.jpg
