I just had surgery on my nose today. Not major but enough to cause fairly intense pain and lots of continuous bloody mucus.

The good part is an excuse to hang out here at WDW for long periods of time between changing the bloody gauze dressing on my nose every 15 minutes. In fact I've been on so long I almost feel like am Disney World. Thanks all you fellow Disney lovers for all the Disney posts.

I also got 12 mg of decadron (which is about = to 120 of prednisone) so I'll probably up posting all through the night.

Large amounts of alcohol taken frequently, does the trick with ALL types of pain.:)

I had surgery on my nose too, but that was conducted on a rugby pitch and the "surgeon " used a size 10 boot.:) :)


If you’re nose is bleeding for long periods, is it feminine hygiene products that your sooking up the blood with?

Ah, another rugby player.

Personally, i was spared the bloody nose, instead I ruptured the ligaments in my knee and had someone rip a new hole through my ear.

That is my next step when I run out of gauze which will be in about an hour. I'm thinking maxi for the night at the rate I'm dripping.

P.S. Did I mention the time I was in the scrum and I heard a bone crack so I reached down and pulled out my femur bone and beat the other team with it? After we won, I used duct tape to repair the damage!
