According to his blog, DC Douglas (Legion in Mass Effect 2 & 3 and Wesker in Resident Evil 4 & 5 among other things) has recorded dialogue for the post show area.

He says: "Speaking of Disney, I also just recorded a monster truck voiceover for Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida (the image at top is from the session). Something called the Chevy Race Track thing-a-ma-jig. At the end you are taken to a post-production place to make commercials. Select “Monster Truck” and you’ll get me screaming until I bleed!"

Uncanny isn't it? I must have ridden that ride some 25+ times and I didn't either.

Mostly the 4:3 image stretched to a 16:9 screen!
