I love swiss steak! Chicken...that can be made so many ways... chicken parm, grilled, stir fried, chicken with veggies & orzo in a light tomato sauce, picatta, stuffed and baked...

That's a great resolution! I wish I could cook, so I could make the same resolution, but alas, I really suck at cooking

And truthfully, even if I could cook, I only know how to make about 4 or 5 different things...

you can cook....everyone can cook.....you just don't know the recipes......try buying a cookbook....or getting one from the library.
