Hey, sorry I haven't been on as much as I hoped during my trip. I'll be back in my own apartment tomorrow night. And ready to be 100 percent Monday morning
Who said that's my last name? Alternate universe, remember? I try not to use real names.I like it!
You putting your last name threw me off lol. But keep it! We want team villains to be thrown off any chance we get!
Ooh, that makes it more exciting!Who said that's my last name? Alternate universe, remember? I try not to use real names.

The black scribbles are the two rides we got rid of in the underwater land
The green circle is the haunted land expansion pad, or the relative area where it will be.
The red circle is "Area A" where the new dinosaur ride is.
The blue circle is "Area B" where massive demolition takes place, with some rides moved and rethemed, and a new show building for Logger's Revenge.
Looks good!Santa Cruz Beach BoardwalkOur park is split up into 3 lands: Seaside Splash, Tropical Oasis, and Haunted Boardwalk.

@TwilightZone and I have been working hard on our park and are almost done with it! Here is an update before we start to work on our big rides!
Here is the document:

1000% yes! Great ideaI've been thinking recently about how we want to do our presentation.
Space has already spoken on the importance of remaining simple with our descriptions. Most of the judges will have never been to the parks, and it wouldn't be very fun to expect them all to research everything beforehand. This project requests visuals, namely maps.
Then it hit me- what if we created a map! For those unaware, GoogleMyMaps allows you to create your own "maps" by placing markers and semitransparent shapes over regular google. We can add descriptions to these markers instead of making one long forum post.
Curiosity got the better of me and I started playing around with what a custom map might look like. You guys can add to it. Here it is: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1iKby_UfZn0WJGVco5AnZfkw_M4fNIgSf&usp=sharing
I love it, but wouldn’t the description box get really long with all the words we have?!I've been thinking recently about how we want to do our presentation.

That's why we keep it simple! This isn't a typical project with a standard format - I say we embrace the nuance of it and do something different!I love it, but wouldn’t the description box get really long with all the words we have?!
Ok!! I will try to keep our writeups short but detailedThat's why we keep it simple! This isn't a typical project with a standard format - I say we embrace the nuance of it and do something different!
I don't know if we really want to wow the crowd, shouldn't we keep it somewhat well detailed?
But what about the e-tickets!?! If you do a lot to a ride, you have to explain what you did and make sure the reader will understand. If there is a new feature in a ride, it shouldn’t be too short to where it doesn’t make sense. I know @James G. is gone right now, but he might be our best solution maker right now.I might get sent to the Cursed Courtroom for this, but I don't think we need much detail. Let's look at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. How much are you going to say about a flat ride? All you need is their names, a short desc of what they are, and their placement on the map for best visualization.
If it gets too long, I suppose you could create a link to a google doc in the marker description instead. But what about the e-tickets!?! I don’t want to make the debate bigger, but I just want to say that this means that readers would have to click on more tabs and open way too many things. If it gets too long, I suppose you could create a link to a google doc in the marker description instead.
I'm going to step in and say that in terms of detail - your and TwilightZone's E-tickets are components of 25% of the total project. Conservatively, 1 E-Ticket = 10% of the entire projectBut what about the e-tickets!?! If you do a lot to a ride, you have to explain what you did and make sure the reader will understand. There really should be no debate. There's none needed - you have a fantastic idea that has never been done before in a competition - and we should roll with it.If it gets too long, I suppose you could create a link to a google doc in the marker description instead.
But you are right- we shouldn't start this debate now, without our PM. We shall wait.
Also fwiw...I'm pretty sure there won't be a Cursed Courtroom anyway this round because Vox and Disneylover droppedThere really should be no debate. There's none needed - you have a fantastic idea that has never been done before in a competition - and we should roll with it.
You will not get sent to the Cursed Courtroom - everyone chillax about that, if we lose because of this I will go to the courtroom and take responsibility and the L. Nobody else will have to.
But, I highly doubt it will come to that.
