Alright, I just voted. I have no problems with no Dorney Park, considering I've just been once (forever ago) and have no attachment to the park whatsoever. Labeling me as an 'expert' was kind of a stretch anyways, haha.

Alrighty, so it’s looking like Carowinds, King’s Dominion, Discovery Kingdom and Magic Mountain are the frunt runners. I’m not going to vote just because I really don’t have any knowledge to make an informed decision, lol. I just got home though so I can start looking at the parks more and think of some ideas about what could work where!

I’m gonna write a small primer for kings dominion to see if it sparks interest in anyone who wants to work with me on it. (I’m assuming I’ll be working thay Park as the resident expert)

I'm back from Magic Mountain and doing a similar primer for it. Thanks for the help Vox!
To our other resident experts, @TheOriginalTiki for Discovery Kingdom, @Magic Feather for Carowinds, do you mind doing primers as well? It's pretty clear we'll be doing these 4 parks. I'll help y'all out with these. Look for a new thread for all the primers in an hour or two.

Do the level of detail you feel is necessary. Don't stress, Vox! If it eases things, I can put up ride lists and video links and you can do the park's general overview.

So, my mom grew up not too too far from King's Dominion. While I have never been, I have some vague passing familiarity there.
Magic Mountain has assets and even a in-game version on Rollercoaster Tycoon 2. So, while it is rather limited and dated, there is a chance I could do something neat there. (Also, RCT2 is the best in the series with just the right mix of control and guidance to give you plenty of freedom without it being inaccessible. Plus, the park management stuff is more entertaining than the sandbox focused future games.)
Ultimately though, I'm fine being placed wherever I'm needed. But if I had to choose a preference, it would be one of those.
