Taking Baby Bo to Pigeon Forge - a Live JenniferS Trip Report (7/23 - 8/8)

Went to Home Depot to pick up the 12v cooler, but nope, won’t be here until the 10th. Not convenient, but what are you gonna do?

I am very happy to report that Mother Nature finally decided to cooperate and allow us to complete our mini putt tournament.
Competition was fierce, but I am pleased to share that I trounced the boys; outscoring them 53 points to their measly 45 (Mike) and 44 (our generous host). They were both pretty good sports about it, I’ll give them that.
It was quite crowded, so we weren’t able to take our usual number of photos. There are more … just not on my phone.

Tomorrow is sleep in as late as you want day, followed by preliminary packing, swimming, more packing, food, final packing, and then an early night.
We have to have Baby Bo to the storage compound by around 11:00 on Monday morning, and I have to empty, defrost, and wipe out the fridge and freezer first. We’re driving straight through to home - about 12 hours or so, including gas and washroom breaks.
The pup has had a very good time, but she’ll be happy to see the boys, the kids next door, and even the two cats.
And me, I’m looking forward to a cup of tea. I completely fell off the low carb/Keto wagon (Mike pushed me!), so it will be nice to get back to regular eating.

Mike did find a rather interesting drink at the gift shop yesterday.
It looked so good, some might say it's flavor is highly contagious.
Well today’s swimming session was cut short due to an organic oopsie. They closed both pools and the lazy river because I’m assuming they all share the same filtration system.

Check out here is 11 am. We’ll leave a bit before then though, so we can get the RV over to the storage compound by 11:00.
According to Google Maps, it’s 709 miles and 10 hr 14 mins of travel time.
I just completed our ArriveCan entry forms, so that’s out of the way.
