Here's the adapted backstory and guest experience for Taethadis' Treasures, one of the retail experiences in the Rivendell subland. I've decided to retain several aspects of Sanir's shop but I changed it up to be more relatable to the Elves than the Dwarves.

Shop Backstory
Taethadis and her father Silevion are said to descend from the original line of the Gwaith-i-Mírdain. Their talents in spinning treasures into priceless jewelry is unsurpassed, and were often tapped when gifts and offerings are needed to any party visiting Rivendell.

Taethadis has decided to open the family collection of jewels to curious visitors, as well as exhibiting her’s and Silevion’s latest creations. Silevion has urged his daughter to take on new jewel-smith apprentices to ensure that the family trade will not end with their deaths. This where you, the guest, come in. Under their watchful eyes, you will be able to fashion existing treasures into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Guest Experience (It's the same thing with the Sanir shop, but some details have changed)
Guests will be given a scroll depicting the types of jewelry they can make: a necklace, a brooch, or a ring. As soon as they make their selection, they will be escorted into the workshop. Two live-actors playing Taethadis and Silevion will be going around the room, assisting their potential apprentices in the creation of the jewelry pieces. From time to time, one of them will retire to their own workstation, working on their newest creation [1]

Upon arriving on their workstation, guests will be instructed by the shop assistant to personally select which findings and components (gold, silver, or bronze setting, gems, etc.) they want for their custom jewelry through a “scroll” (cleverly-disguised touch screen embedded on the table). Upon confirmation of their selection, a toy Elven longboat (as depicted in this painting) [2] will arrive at their workstation carrying their selection (similar to those conveyor-belt restaurants found in Japan). The shop assistant will guide them through the creation/setting of their custom pieces. After the guests are satisfied with their work, they will be given a special jewelry box lined in dark blue velvet fabric where they can place their masterpieces until its next usage.

Those who opt to create rings will be given a slightly different experience. The workstations for this type of jewelry will up against the wall of the workshop, where they can see several other Elven-smiths forging metals into rings and smithing them (by way of 2 1/2-D projections) [3]. Same as the other jewelry-making experiences, they will be given a “scroll” where they can select which ring design they would like. They can choose a design similar to the Seven Dwarf-Rings or even the Three Rings. Guests can also customize their design by changing the gem setting and metal used (gold or silver). For safety’s sake, they won’t be able to forge the metal ring itself (we’ll leave that to the Elves), but they will still be able to set the jewels on it by themselves with the shop assistant guiding them.

[1] Changed from an AA figure to two live actors
[2] Changed from a mining cart to an Elven longboat
[3] Clarified what method will be used to portray the Elven smiths

Architectural Design (Interior)
The architecture of Rivendell lends itself to a very intricate and natural aesthetic. As such, the shop's architecture will continue these themes (Picture 2). The ceilings of the shop will be vaulted (Picture 6) and will be supported by stone arches (Picture 1) embedded with a knotted design. Likewise, black metal chandeliers will hang from the ceilings. The colored stone walls (Picture 7) will have windows with intricate twisted vinework detail (Pictures 3 and 8) that will show guests a breathtaking view of Rivendell. Additional metal/wooden arches (with the same twisted vine detail) will accentuate several parts of the shop (Picture 4) and shop displays (Picture 5).

Alright, I have my descriptions ready for the flat rides in the Shire.

Circle of the Fellowship
(Spinning cups flat ride)
Take a turn, and take a toast, as we all celebrate the defeat of Sauron and his dark forces! Climb aboard a mug and twirl to your heart’s content, as you spin around a trio of statues symbolizing the unity of man, elf, and dwarf in the face of darkness.

Exterior/Queue: The ride is set under a large green tent, propped up with wooden support poles and providing shade for the riders. A booth sits next to the ride’s entrance, a sign overhead reading “Circle of the Fellowship”. Passing by the booth will bring guests into the queue, a simple path that turns into the main holding area.

Outside of the attraction is a larger sign, whose first line in large font reads: In tribute to the races of men, elves, and dwarves. The rest of the sign reads: When the forces of Sauron grew in power and threatened to bring ruin to Middle-earth, a Fellowship was formed of man, elf, dwarf, and hobbit. They put aside differences and were able to banish darkness from the land. In tribute of their unity, these statues depict Aragorn II Elessar, Legolas, and Gimli: three heroes of man, elf, and dwarf, brought together to restore light to our world. Let us make a toast to their deeds.

Ride Description: Riders enter the main pavilion, where the ride vehicles resemble wooden mugs. At the center of the pavilion is a trio of statues, depicting Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli standing to each other’s back. Aragorn has his sword held high, Legolas holds up his bow, and Gimli lifts his axe. When all the riders are in their mugs, the mugs begin to turn and spin around the statues as cheery music plays. The mugs themselves can be further spun by the riders, thanks to a turning wheel in their center. Eventually, the spinning slows down and the mugs stop, with nearby exits letting guests leave the pavilion.

Flight of the Great Eagles
(Flying scooters flat ride)
Radagast has set up a tribute to the legendary Gandalf and has called upon the great eagles to help in his moment of celebration. As you climb onto a great eagle, you will take to the air and fly around a statue depicting the famous wizard, who so aided the world of Middle-earth in a time of darkness and danger.

Exterior/Queue: The exterior of the ride resembles a ramshackle cabin with long tent attached, with two statues set up in front of the shack and a quiet garden between the two statues. Both statues depict Gandalf with a staff in one hand and a sharp and fiery gaze in his eyes. Though both statues are similar, there is a difference: one has grey robes with a hat, and the other wears white robes with no hat. Near the queue’s entrance is a sign:

In honor of Gandalf, who had helped Bilbo brave the Desolation of Smaug, and aided Frodo in the destruction of the One Ring. May Valinor welcome him once more.
-Radagast the Brown

The queue’s entrance takes guests under the tent, winding its way by the ramshackle house. Waiting guests with a keen ear can hear activity within the house, as if Radagast were inside working on some spell. Eventually, guests will come to a divide, sending them to either queue space by the right-hand statue or left-hand statue.

Ride Description: Guests are let onto their perspective ride platforms, which have six two-person seater great eagle ride vehicles hanging around the statue. Once guests are secured, the vehicles will circle around their statue. As they do, riders can tilt the head of their great eagle towards the left or right, allowing their ride vehicle to tilt and sway as they move. Eventually, the ride slows down and guests will exit their vehicles, heading to the exit that leads out into the garden.

Good morning team! As @Outbound mentioned, I’m very proud of everyone and how much we’ve gotten done and how much time we have to refine so much of it.

I’m working on a map today, so we’ll see how it goes. I’m also working on some concept art for my Mines of Moria attraction which at this point I think I’ll just call Mines of Moria.

I’m a bit worried as we haven’t heard from @Disneylover152 or @ThatGuyFromFlorida in a little while, so I wanted to check in on you two and ask if there’s anything I or anyone else can do to help you guys out?

I also just wanted to say that I won’t be super available tomorrow as I’m helping a friend move so I’ll try to get all of my pieces done by tonight and then I’ll pop in when I can on my phone tomorrow just to help get everything all set.

Otherwise, great job team and I can’t wait to see this come to a conclusion

So sorry, I have a lot on my plate right now. I can get the entrance/land description by tonight.

Doing some research for the Moria dining, and I noticed that, supposedly, it was centuries after the events of LotR before the dwarves returned the live in Moria... so maybe they're coming back to see if it's fit to return but realize that they should stay away longer?

Also, how necessary is Moria dining? We already have a few quick service places in the Shire, and a table service in Rivendell... trying to think of the need that Moria dining would be filling

We did some suspension of disbelief and changed the timeline a bit so that they returned not long after the War of the Ring, something theme parks can get away with I’d say.

As for dining, initially I cut it out since there’s enough dining in The Shire and then the TS in Rivendell, I’d say you’re good on skipping it in Moria

Looks good! I've been thinking about names for our land, and I think that it would be best to leave "Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit" out of the name so as to not cause unnecessary confusion with guests thinking they're entering the storyline of LOTR... the name I came up with is Tolkein's Middle Earth... let me know what you think!
