One of the most compelling and weirdly emotional episodes I've ever seen. Tears all around with the results... And honestly I've had enough of Jason and Scot...

Hey, at least Alecia got the Ciera/Spencer/Kimmi fallen hero vote off music :D :p

That was one of the strangest episodes ever. First, I can't imagine what emotions I'd go through if I was there for that reward challenge. They had camera crew, challenge crew, and everyone tending to the players. I have no idea what would have happened if Debbie had gone down at the same time Caleb and Cydney did. But props to that medical team and staff for dealing with that. Jeff looked overwhelmed.

Disappointed Caleb left. He looked to be one of the strongest players out there.

As for the bickering between the Brawn tribe members, I was actually rooting for Alecia. She had a point. I definitely feel like Scot and Jason were bullying her. However, she was also pushing their buttons and asking for it. Just a dysfunctional tribe. Not as bad as Ulong or the first Brains tribe, but they are definitely on the bottom level.

The way this episode was laid out, it left no mystery as to who was leaving. It was the best decision, as Alecia didn't add anything to the tribe. But she should have left on day 3. Then maybe they wouldn't be in this situation.

As for the next episodes, tribe swaps are always interesting. I'm hoping Tai and the three beauty women don't get the short end.

I can also see Debbie doing well if she gets with the right tribe. She is actually pretty cunning in this game. And Peter might have been saved if he gets on the right tribe. So many possibilities!

I just have this feeling that Jason is going to win. Nothing to really back that, but I get the sense that he's this season's Tony. A reckless player who has the supporting cast to control the game. But there's still a lot of twists to happen with the tribe switch-ups, merge, etc.

I completely agree. The episode was off to a thrilling start, but when they cut right from the immunity challenge to tribal I knew something weird (or the lack thereof :p) was going to happen. :D

You knew it was a weird feeling as soon as they had the reward challenge, since it happened right after the footage from right after the previous Tribal Council.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
I was out at a dinner party, so I've not yet seen the episode, but I absolutely had to check to see if it was my boy.

I am heart-broken!

I noticed this last night as another slap in the face to Alicia, the end of the show was Caleb and not her talking about being voted out. I know he was more popular, but give her 10 seconds to say something. She was on the show after all.

No, she said something. It was directly after the vote out, before the commercial break. Then Caleb spoke during the credits.

Plus he has the idol.

Oh, OK. I just plain missed it then. I watched on DVR and just FF'd past it.
So did i! :hilarious:

Sad about Caleb. Definitely crazy it became an "all hands on deck" situation. Crazy to see how many cast/crew/medical people there are within steps of the castaways at all times. I was wrong about it being a man on the brains tribe - guess Debbie has "man hands".
