And now, they are under the idea that it will be fans vs favorites again when they merge.. so compounding it is they don't want to reduce their numbers. But unlike a dawn or someone who you could count on their vote.. Phillip is always going to be a liability and is probably completely unbearable in daily life. They should have gotten rid of him 1-2 challenges ago. The problem is the longer you wait, the more dependent you get on the numbers and start worrying about the jury.

This might be the reason you keep Phillip to the end. Rob knew that Phillip wouldn't be a threat to get votes at the finale because of his abrasive personality. It looks to be similar this year.

I don't believe the Malcolm-Reynold alliance will be around long enough for it to matter for Reynold. Once the merge happens, I think Malcolms back with the faves. I think they'll pick the fans apart one by one like they've done for the past couple weeks.

Just read online that one of the doctors who worked on the French Survivor version where the young guy died has committed suicide.

Apparently he might have caught some blame, or just felt guilty, about the guy dying.

The doctor was affected by the media coverage of the death, according to his suicide note.
Also, some have apparently called into question the actual circumstances surrounding the death of the contestant.

Julia is a very cute girl. If she had anything resembling a human personality she could have gone much farther in the game.
Cochrane's little speech about vanilla was classic.

I did watch it, I just meant that it wasn't worth turning it on at that moment because I had already missed half of the show. I've watched a couple of episodes on CBS.com.
