my best friend is going to John Hopkins for med school... he was like "you should totally move down there with me"

annnnd... I've been debating it for the last few weeks...

and i just might do it...

Come summer I'll really start looking into it... I'd obviously have to find a job down there too though so it would be difficult... but something I REALLY would love to do...

i wanna move south... I've wanted to for years... really wish I went to school in North Carolina somewhere... stupid ex-girlfriend :brick:

Baltimore's not too far, but a start... :shrug:

I had job offers in Florida... was so close to going.. and... chickened out. :lol: I had just broken up with a long term boyfriend who I thought I was gonna marry, and I was gonna get out of here and try living in a warmer climate. I still, to this day, wish I had tried it. But then I tell myself I wouldn't have met Lou (I met him 6 months after the breakup), we wouldn't have gotten married or had our wonderful kids. Reading your story made me think of my daughter. She posts on here occassionally. She went all through high school and college hardly dating at all. Met a guy that was everything she thought she wanted and dated him about 6 months, then called me one night and told me she was going to take a guitar lesson from a guy she had just met that played in a band. Within one week, guy #1 was gone and she and guy #2 have been inseparable and are talking rings. So if she hadn't been in that particular spot where #2 walked up and introduced himself, well, who knows.

My buddy just saying he'll be too busy to really have a life outside of med school and, I'd be welcome to go but he's gonna find a place like soon... so I'd have to find a job soon... and I'd basically be living alone because he'd never be there.

So... yeah he's my best friend, but if I never saw him and was just living alone... well...

Me and your family would probably get real close real fast... :lookaroun

Ok, I'm gonna go hangout with my roommates...

watch 24, HIMYM... and maybe play NHL.

I'll be back on later but I'll likely miss a lot of you guys...

and Bun really hope your trip is going well and really hope you guys have a good rest of your week if I don't get to talk to you...

I am making it through, just been so busy with work that my schooling has sufferred. I have 5 Court-Martials this week. Tomorrow is the big one and I ended up working really late to get everything done.

Now I need to get to bed so I can be to the court room early.
