Joe, if I were you I'd start with Baltimore and go from there.

The West Coast is awfully far away from here....

Well I talked to my buddy about that and it kinda died fast...

I mean... I'd likely start looking for jobs in June/July... he'd probably have a place by then.

Also, he was like "honestly, I'm kind of glad I'm going down alone, I'm going to be so insanely busy! I'll NEVER be home, never be able to go out on the weekends... I'd feel like a bad friend. You'd be welcome to come; but... you'd basically be going alone."

So I was like... that is true... I don't think I'd wanna do that.

Well, at least he was honest with you about it.

That is the only thing about my life that I regret: not having tried living outside of New England. I almost moved away after I finished PT school. I had job offers in Florida... was so close to going.. and... chickened out. I had just broken up with a long term boyfriend who I thought I was gonna marry, and I was gonna get out of here and try living in a warmer climate. I still, to this day, wish I had tried it. But then I tell myself I wouldn't have met Lou (I met him 6 months after the breakup), we wouldn't have gotten married or had our wonderful kids. I guess life does work in mysterious ways....

Hi Joe, I'm Reva.

Reva, I don't think we've met, either. I'm Kristin.

Well maybe my Lou is out in San Diego since I haven't met him yet here...
