Nice thought but probably not. A lot of the time new tech replaces the old tech including how it's stored. DACS to local, off board to onboard for example. To be a little more on topic, one of my favorite things about riding Stitch is all the left over AE stuff.
Like the XS branded chair covers when a seat is down in the theater and the xs tubes down at the end of the hall where you load into the theaters.
Do you think Disney keeps an old ride's lights/audio/vehicle programming when they reskin it into a new experience?
Like just for example, you could sit down and theyd play the old light/seat programming and audio for AE, but with the stitch reskin still
existence (rendering some of stitch's current effects like the guns and animatronic itself useless but whatever)?
Or like they select the CTX ride programming and onboard audio for a vehicle while it goes through it's current incarnation of Dinosaur?
I've always thought it would be so cool to just experience some of these programmings even if the ride itself didnt quite match up physically.
Sorry to change the subject so hard but I figured it would be okay since there's not really much news for this topic in light of RiW getting
shelced (thank god)
CTX had the same onboard audio as Dinosaur btw.
