Rumor Stitch's Great Escape Replacement— Don’t Hold Your Breath

I'm very curious to know what people think would be a good fit for this space. What IP makes most sense? Not trying to stir controversy, but could a new Marvel IP that's not part of the Universal deal be considered? Marvel has made it clear they are expanding their cosmic stories in the films, with Eternals being most likely the next big new thing. Disney must be chomping at the bit to make use of their Marvel ownership here in Florida. Or maybe it's not as big a priority as I would assume.

Well according to the site that can't be named a Wreck it Ralph attraction was in development for it.

Which originated here FIRST I believe.
its also the next movie, without another one in the near future sooo one of those guesses that looks educated but is still prob a guess.
Toy story 4 (already enough toy story)
Frozen 2 (Norway)
and that's all that's been announced
Or half stolen from the rumors a few years ago.

I assume he knows someone who is helping with the demolition, this would be a pretty easy thing to find out if you lived in florida and knew a few cast members.
But if it reopens I don't know how he could ever say another word about Disney. Might have to retire after some of the tweets and a report that says things were destroyed.

The most famous IPs I can think of
- stitch (again)
- monster's inc
- wreck it ralph (might still be possible)
- inside out (highly unlikely due to large epcot presence)
- any marvel IP universal doesn't have the rights to
Stuff with Cult Followings
- alantis
- meet the robinsons
- treasure planet
Stuff that doesn't have cult followings
- the black hole
- tomorrowland
Stuff that already have their own lands
- star wars
- buzz lightyear (again)
Other
- revival of alien encounter (had the most interesting mention in mission breakout, as this was a new prop made specifically for the ride)
- an unused concept (like alien zoo for example)
- revival of another popular attraction, if they can fit it

What about a certain robot?

I'm gonna miss Skippy. Heck, I'm gonna miss all the AAs. Even though it was mostly hated, I loved SGE. Up until Na'vi River Journey opened, Stitch was my favorite AA on property. I like the Shaman more now, though.

Stitch's implementation into the Tiki Room at TDR is really well done and he behaves mostly. I could see that working here, but too many people would be mad that the Tiki Room is no longer the original

I thought the Black Hole and vintage Tomorrowlands (the lands not the movie) held cult status amongst fans?

Tomorrowland movie has a cult following and you keep seeing more and more people recognizing how much it applies to the current state of things.

Thank you. But Tom is a pussy cat when you know him. I do, but I do know most of the Orlando bloggers / site admins. Without sounding smug.

Magic had been my home for 19 years though. And I’m sure people have reasons why they may not get along with other people.

@marni1971 WDWMAGIC is my home as well. Nearly 20 years as an everyday reader. However, I do read other sites and I agree that everyone has their reasons. Tom's main gripe is that he works very hard to keep his site correct and current and other less reputable sites steal from him word for word. You have to respect a man for working hard and he has every right to be angry about his work being stolen without credit.
