Star Wars Weekends returns to Disney's Hollywood Studios for 2015

No requirement but yes. As with other costumed events, you can't obscure the face.

Its on the official Disney Blog. Amy Allen, Tiya Sircar, and I believe Ashley Exckstein will be singing this weekend. The official Star Wars Weekends page has all the listed guests that weekend.

Forgive me for being an idiot, but I don't see anywhere on disneys website or the parks blog where it states any specifics regarding autograph sessions. Only that Ian, Amy, Tiya, and Ashley will be there. Nowhere can I find any details regarding autograph sessions or that Ian will be involved in a show.

I'm trying to determine what show he will be in. If anyone can simply tell me that'd be awesome.

Rebel Lounge reservations are open again and it'll be done from May 15th thru June 14th everyday.

Yes! I just got two reservations. I've been trying since last week. There are still a lot of openings.

Raxip beat me to it. Trust me I was bummed out especially for Frank Oz. Him being me and my grandfather's favorite character I would of loved to have gotten his autograph.

Hoopla is not returning.

I thought it wasn't so I checked the year and it looked like 2015 but I'm sure now that I was mistaken. Thanks.

I really wish I could go and do this event just once.... I think it would be fun to see the crazy walking around...

I love people watching and I am sure these events are off the hook for it plus they do offer some very cool shows and experiences.

No Hoopla since 2013 :/ Last year was the first year with 'Summon The Force,' which was a pre-show to 'Symphony in The Stars.' 'Summon The Force' is returning this year, and you can expect to see some new characters

I've never seen Frank Oz at any kind of convention (and I wouldn't think he'd need the money), so I imagine he simply doesn't do the autograph thing.

He used to back in the 90's, but has long since retired from con appearances. He also quit through-the-mail requests.

Not if you can get $100 an autograph.

And its not just him, he's got a business to run. And in this case it was his business people who were playing the bad guy.

While I agree to a certain extent (giving a signature away devalues said signature on the market and contractual obligations might restrict in-person requests), I personally believe Disney is just as responsible due to safety and logistics concerns.

i have to be at work at 10am, so i'd have to leave property by 9 and really wanted to get the 9" vinylmation for a birthday gift

It opened every year once the park opened, so I don't see that changing.

if you're going this Friday there will be a long line to get in, a lot of collectors and re-sellers that didn't attend the Galactic Gathering will be buying limited edition merchandise.

Thanks guys... I think Disney should do a better job at providing details on this stuff. The fact that you have to read the comments on the parks blog to obtain vital info is kinda silly.

Any info on what's available this year? Looking forward to getting my hands on some LE stuff but I'm not going to be @ DHS until Saturday unless I have to.
