If phase 3 was Cars themed it probably would not be Carsland as it exists in CA because of the weather. Too many thunderstorms in FL. They can't have a headliner attraction shutting down for a few hours every day when people booked a ride time 2 months earlierPhase 3 = Cars Land?
A long while back when SW land was just a fanboy dream there was a lengthy thread on a DHS reboot that included a rumor that the WDW version of Carsland would have an all indoor Cars dark ride without the rock work. There is also the long lost Monsters Inc door coaster. Incredibles would work well in a theme park too. There's no lack of ideas, but with Disney you are lucky if they follow through with phase 2. Phase 3 usually only exists in a coffe table book

If Test Track makes the cut at Epcot, why wouldn't Radiator Springs Racers make it as well?
There's no plans currently to bring Cars Land east. Which you know from your other thread.

It's too late to change Test Track now. It's more of an issue now with FP+ then it was before. Thunderstorms come through and usually pass relatively fast but when everything is scheduled it causes big logistical issues.

Disney knew about weather patterns before they built Test Track.
