I'm surprised they haven't tried putting up barriers honestly. They were pretty militant about it during the Subs construction and the monorail platform (eventually).

Glad to see the trees being added.
Really looking forward to seeing a 'fuller', greener area when I'm back in town come July.
'Naked Acres' from the ex-Trail area was just depressing to see in person last year.

Some rather interesting detailing is being added to the sidewalls outside the new railroad tunnel. I wonder if they'll add some 3 dimensional rockwork along the top of those walls or will they keep the hard straight edge at the top.

Wonder what they are building in that far corner closest to Toontown, kinda behind that massive construction building they put up. That kinda out of the way from SWL, was part of the area considered for future expansion and the rumored Arrendale.

I'm intrigued by the curved structures taking shape in that shallow basement excavation. There's a zoom-in on that feature at about the 6:00 mark in the last construction vid posted.

If so, I don't think that's what we're seeing in the construction videos, which now has foundation walls going vertical. The link is to one of Darkbeer's photos from his tour of the resort district yesterday. Thanks Darkbeer!

After seeing that shot, I now think the structure is the foundation for one of the domed buildings, some of which are atop circular foundations.

I know what you're thinking, I'm some crazy Disney mom who forces her kids to dress up in Disney things every Halloween. I do allow my kids to have the final say in what they want their costumes to be, buuuuuuuut I think some of my Disney genetics MAY have passed on to the new generation.

They may be contracted on DL projects including Frozen/Marvel projects through 2023. The image, while of SWL plot, doesn't sound specific.
This will 100% be open by the end of 2019. As long as California doesn't slide into the ocean.

It's actually still the ride building itself. The show building is yuuuuuuge and the Western boundaries of it haven't been fully outlined yet. Lots of the ride will be below ground level.
