Me likes an all villains dark ride!!!! But then it won't be considered kid friendly for a park that seems to be aimed at kids  (that's me being mad at trying to aim MK for kids)
MK is for everyone. I dislike people saying teens belong in HS and adults at Ec, Walt desgined DL for everyone and that's what MK is based off of. It's for everyone. A villains ride won't do any damage as compared to SGE.

juan was cryptic, but he did say the addition "MAY BE" already in the park... Why am I thinking, NEVERLAND??? Makes sense a pit, doesn't it?? Lee has been saying Tink will have her meet & greet... Others said Pixie Hollow won;t appear int he form that was designed at first... While Staggs says they looked at plans and improved on them.. Neverland is an improvement on Pixie Hollow... and more importantly, Peter Pan appeals to boys... Is there any chance Peter Pan's Flight is replaced with another ride and a new and improved and MODERN Peter Pan's Flight comes over to Neverland? And then Barstormer can be re-themed to a Lost Boys coaster or a Peter Pan coaster, where pixie dust is sprinkled on the guests and you join Peter for a flight around Neverland??

I mean, what else is in Fantasyland that juan cryptically told us could be part of the expansion???

That makes a LOT of sense.

I like the ideas of Aladdin, Wonderland and the Villans idea best. Villans would actually be an intreseting concept. Have all the bad guys tucked in the corner of FL. So it's bright from Small World and Peter Pan all the way to Pooh and Tea Cups. But then there is a dark corner. Sort of like "that shadowy place" from Lion King when Mufasa is showing Simba the kingdom.

That sounds fantastic, would love it. But cant see all of that happening with just a slightly raised budget. I wouldnt rule out wonderland though.

Well, the money was already set aside for Pixie Hollow, Dumbo, retheming Barnstormer, and knocking down Toontown.. Dumbo can fit nicely into Toontown and Neverland would fit nicely south of Dumbo, though, a circus on the edge of a forest/Neverland doesn't really make much sense... But it the budget for these moves were already there, and a slight increase (and by slight, it could mean millions more in the scope of the budget already) could get all that done... Especially if some money is cut from the princess meet and greets...

Exactly! It would be so good. With Staggs having all boys this can also be a possibility.

Villains get no love at WDW.

Ohh I agree with you.. But Lee has been on record here saying the management is looking at MK as a kiddie park... which makes me mad as hell cause MK is my favorite park... If that is their objective, I'll spend more time in either AK or possibly off property at universal..

Agreed, and if MK is the kiddie park why do they keep kiddyfying Epcot, that annoys me too.

It makes me mad also.

If a first timer comes to Orlando, what's the park they are most likely going to? MAGIC KINGDOM! It's not a kiddie park it's for all ages, so stop it TDO you need to take some pointers from TDA.

exactly... seems like most of the things they try to do lately is geared toward kiddies... Didn't someone on these boards say at one time the idea of kiddying Epcots World Showcase is to get more families over there and make it more appealing to kids who find it boring??? That's a poor excuse if management really did say that... Anyway, back on topic..

I'm looking forward to the news as to what the new plans include...

Then that would leave us with grass in place of the M&Gs?

I don't like that part of our speculation.

I enjoy the Nemo ride :lookaroun

*** no not joking.. LOL :D

I don't think it's that bad, but they could at least bring back the old preshow. The ride is missing that educational aspect.

Anyway, on topic now, I think Neverland could replace Pixie Hollow. It allows for a bigger audience, and the Pixie Hollow franchise is still involved. I don't know about updating, moving, and replacing Peter Pan's Flight with the "slight" budget increase, though.

Maybe they are setting up FLE so that a phase 3 would include a thrill ride? I'm still wondering where this fits in, considering that the budget increase is small and that Staggs said most of the expansion wasn't changing.

Nope.... The M&G are still happening... Just maybe not on the grand scale as first advertised... thus freeing up budget money to the eastern part of the expansion... We don't know how much the M&Gs are costing, but the special effects have to be expensive.. So, if they cut some of the grander effects, and slightly increase the budget (again, probably by millions upon millions of the Rock's fans... Sorry, got carried away...) who knows how much money they will be dedicating to the eastern portion of the expansion, and thus, Neverland can get done... With a new improved E Ticket Pater Pan's Flight...

I didn't mind the ride but the hydrolators, the movie, come one. They could of kept it together.

2 seperate tracks one side take you to Seabase, one let's you help the scientist spot out fish around the base that has gone missing from his father (hence finding nemo).

Back on topic lol

Or just another e ticket dark ride period ;).
