Yeah I remember riding and seeing 3 people per row. Two adults, then the little kid between them. It looks like now it'll be limited to 2 per row.
It is such a shame that we have to add restraints to rides, which are perfectly safe without them, to literally HARNESS people into a ride so that they can't get out. Who does that? Who thinks "oh my gosh I'm so scared of the drop, I can't do it. I'm going to get off right at the top then walk back down. I'll be perfectly safe."
When Ripsaw Falls over at IOA got lapbars, they still had jumpers. People wiggled their way out of the lapbars (and if you've been on Ripsaw, you know how small those seats are now). Splash will probably see the same thing. Oh well, that's what we get when you visit theme parks. Catering to the stupid.
