They should keep Country Bears and everything to its left. If you're going to mess with the surroundings of Tiana's ride, Pecos Bills and the transitional walkway into Adventureland is probably the least troublesome place to do it.

And no to docking the riverboat and renovating TSI. Disney already wants to do that crap, and it sucks. I think the Beyond Big Thunder plan is exactly what that entails...
They don’t have to dock the riverboat, but TSI days are numbered.

There were some that were suggesting back in the Coco/Encanto topic that the river around Tom Sawyer's Island would be filled in and the land would be used for that.
That looks like what the art was implying. There is ample expansion room in the land to the north of Big Thunder, but once again they are averse to meaningfully expanding outside of existing occupied space.

I’m thinking that they should retheme MK's Frontierland into a Florida version of New Orleans Square (maybe Port Orleans?) and build a new version of Frontierland in the area "beyond Big Thunder Mountain", which I will explain in two other threads. Problem solved.
I formally request that you explain New Frontierland in EIGHT other threads. I need options.

Honestly as for a restaurant to represent Tiana I'm suprised Disney didn't take the easy route and change the Crystal Palace to Tianas Place. I mean it makes more sense than seeing Winnie the Pooh there. I guess they don't want to lose the money the make from breakfast and lunch with the Hundred acre Woods gang.

Twist Villains doesn't count.
I read a really interesting take on this recently. For some reason, audiences expect depth to their films and stories now. There are few movies with pure good and pure bad characters. Everyone has to have a back story and everyone has to be misunderstood. Good vs evil has historically always worked in children’s media as it is meant to teach morals to children. Not to crap on Encanto, but I’m sorry Grandma, you don’t deserve redemption or forgiveness until you actually do something to earn it. The only movie I’ve seen it in recently was the new Avatar movie.

That's why I'm pretty sure Frontierland — which has the strongest colonialism themes — will be rethemed. I think Pecos Bill will be transformed into Tiana's Palace.

Tom Sawyer's Island — with its problematic source material and references to "Injun" Joe will likely be changed into something more inclusive and more popular.
I was thinking it'd be cool to take the Liberty Belle Riverboat "to" Tiana's Place but I don't know if that'd really work either. Pecos Bills would likely be the easier retheme.

I think Tom Sawyer Island is fodder for "Beyond Big Thunder". The amount of real estate there is massive.
So long as the villain land is it's own concept. Tom Sawyer's Island could become "Isle of Evil" or some other such ridiculousness.

Or convert Diamond Horseshoe. The movie interior's got a stage and balconies after all.
