What I'm trying to figure out is if it's not going to be a fountain, what else could it be. (I know it could easily be a planter, but that is a HUGE circle for just a planter, especially in the middle of that "plaza" area)

OT - I changed my avatar to match the update :D

I am hoping for a fountain with cool lighting effects :)

Our collective recollection is that the Magic Kingdom used to be cleaner and more well kept, yet the paint job are looking pretty dirty back then.

How our memories deceive us!

Looking back on the past is always done with longing and rose colored glasses.

Yesterday was never as good as we remember and today doesn't stink as much as we think. But the attitude prevails.

If this wasn't true, we'd never elect new politicians.

Some things WERE better, though. But you are right for the most part.

IMHO, Disney should look to actively use that nostalgia to be better, and even more efficient. Live up to the name, so to speak.

WDW gets it real bad with all the rain and sticky humidity. Makes the normally thin and nearly transparent layers of dirt sludge up and drip all over the place.
