Yeah, if there's one thing I don't like about DL's SM its the fact that the comchat sounds play through the WHOLE queue. Its not bad, but it gets kind of old after a while when WDW has three different music traacks playing in its queue.
And why did DL not steal any of WDW's queue music?
They already had a few WDW/DL "clones" by then that duplicated audio.
I've read how DL's SM supposedly was given a different storyline than WDW (although I couldn't tell you what WDW's is and what made DL's so different)
I wonder if RCA's sponsorship played a role in WDW's music. Does it have any RCA musical themes?

Actually they added Star Tunnel to the exit ramp after the 2005 refurb.

They did? I don't remember hearing it.
That's funny because they added the music from the DL version to the exit area of WDW's Space Mountain in 2006.
personally I dont think comchat is not that bad.The line moves really fast because you have to get in the rocket fast and the rockets are one behind another.The ride is good so the 10 minutes im in line, the chat is worth it.:wave: It would be different for wdw's since the line moves slow.
Kind of; 1985's RYCA-1 had the vocal song We've Come So Far, on which the instrumental entrance hall and star tunnel audio is based on. RCA left sponsoirship in 1993.

btw: WDW's exit ramp music was added in 2006? I though it was earlier?
Very true but even over there the comchat shouldn't be through the whole line. It is kind of distracting when you can't hear the words over other people's chatter. Our music is far more effective.
