Not to disagree with you since I don't know anything about this refurb but in the press release when Disney announced Sm was going under for a refurb the spokesperson said that they were going to keep many of SM's classic, original elements. I think they might have been referring to the queue music. Also, why would they get rid of Star Tunnel unless they had some new music to put in.
(Hopefully anything but DL's comchat)
And why did DL not steal any of WDW's queue music?
Actually they added Star Tunnel to the exit ramp after the 2005 refurb.
Hope you are right...Star Tunnel Music= Classic WDW/MK

 No more waving. Sorry.

Kind of; 1985's RYCA-1 had the vocal song We've Come So Far, on which the instrumental entrance hall and star tunnel audio is based on. RCA left sponsoirship in 1993.I wonder if RCA's sponsorship played a role in WDW's music. Does it have any RCA musical themes?
They did? I don't remember hearing it.
That's funny because they added the music from the DL version to the exit area of WDW's Space Mountain in 2006.
personally I dont think comchat is not that bad.The line moves really fast because you have to get in the rocket fast and the rockets are one behind another. The ride is good so the 10 minutes im in line, the chat is worth it. It would be different for wdw's since the line moves slow.

RCA Is the way!!!
Scratch that -- just bring back Esquivel and I'll be on cloud nine.
I couldn`t forget the `75 RCA theme, but it no longer exists. At least WCSF still does as an instrumental.Don't forget Here's to the Future and You!
Martin...We've Come So Far had lyrics?! Can you point me to a torrent as usual?

PM your email (yet again) and I`ll send you a little mix I did
I just put it on my iPhone just in case they removed it
How??
I thought it was virtually impossible to take personal audio and make it an iPhone ringer.
Passed by SM twice today... Lots of guys going in and out, and a TON more equipment (in black metal cages) and scafolding outside the mountain now.
