Space Mountain Heading to the Scrap Heap :)

There was news on Screamscape today about a crane inserting a blue box into the roof of SM. Anyone know what's going on?

Actually... Now that you spilled the truth.

Space Mountain is a story about the time wars... The time lords have one track, and the daleks have the other... the rocks will be paintedto match and appropriate guns and targets willbe planed in the attraction... creating the ultimate war through time and space...

The soundtrack will be a mix of the Dalaks theme from series 1 (2005) and a remix of the various doctor who themes... it will be presented by BBC America, who will then have the entire post show to pitch you to watch their shows... followed by selling you DVDs of the various series they show on BBC America, past and present. :drevil:

Just how did you find out about this secret though!?

Lee - That has to be the best inside SM picture I've ever seen. Most pictures look like fuzzy UFO pictures.

Is it a coincidence that the focus of the picture is the train?

So I picked up A LOT of shifts at MK. Some this week and tons next week. Now I usually drive to work coming into MK from the north, but if you guys want me to, I could come in from the south if I give myself a little bit more time and try to give you guys daily pics of the Berm Doors of SM. Would people be interested in this or would this be a waste of time?

I drove by today and saw some metal scaffolding stacked on the ground, probably for construction, and the dumpster, but I couldn't see anything out of it. The berm doors and the fence surrounding SM were closed.

I worked in the shipbuilding industry (not as a shipbuilder, I work in information technology) and I can assure you, there is enough access to the structure for prefabricated sections to be brought in... Metal workers always find a way, trust me.

I'll be laughing at all of the nay-sayers in a few months when SM opens on time, and much improved...

Exactly!! and, if the engineering included the already established foundation of the attraction, alot can be done in 8 months. Also, Those tracks could be brought in in sections.....Keeping the fingers crossed.
