To all that come to this happy place, Welcome!

Some people (and places) are worth melting for - Florida in late May /early June to visit Disney World is one of those places

Yes - it is time to head south again - this time it is just Tricia and I. We need time to de-stress from a very busy few months because...

Cassie and Shane got married!!! On May 4th!!! - May the Force be with you!!

We did a similar getaway in November 2019 after my older daughter Stephanie's wedding

(Yes - both daughters are married and moved out - the nest is empty!!)

Trip Details:

Monday May 29 - Sunday June 4
Yacht Club
Flying from Toronto Canada
4 days at the parks - not visiting on the travel days or on Thursday June 1)
Plan is to do my first round of golf (only 9 holes) on June 1
Goal is to ride Tron at least once and try to do GOG again - but otherwise rides are not the priority

Max, your blue polo shirt, with the small Mickey, is really nice. I like the more subtle styles of shirts that are sold in the parks (and sometimes, more difficult to find among the larger graphic ones.)

Wow! Those crowds are crazy! I really thought after Memorial Day that the crowd levels would drop. Have a great day in the bubble and riding on Tron.

Hello - Thursday was a non park day for us

Started with my first round of golf ( 9 holes at Oak Trial) for me ever at Disney - actually my first round in Florida

A quick swim and hot tub and lunch from the yacht club market and then off to the poly

A much better meet with Tu and Em and Keith and of course Zelda

Dinner at flying fish and then off to bed early for tomorrow is our HS day

HS day on Friday was a bit of a wash out
We had a good morning and a wet afternoon
Met up with Keith at the Yacht club before heading back for dinner
Keith showed us the club lounge and caught me with my hand in the proverbial cookie jar

Prime time was fun

Too much rain and thunder - bailed back to the hotel and skipped fantasmic

Met up with @wdisney9000 for one last drink before he heads home on Saturday

Today is our last park day -starting at Epcot
