I think Soarin' is the best ride in the WDW repertoire...
I will have to give it another try. We were WAY on the edge. Will hope for a middle seat in December.
We have a running joke in our family that Soarin' should be sponsored by Oust® Air Sanitizer.

Soarin is one of te best rides. I adds the IMAX with a moving ride. Its almost a 4-D ride with all the smells that they pump into the ride at certain times. I think Disney has made a right move on this ride and it has taken off for them. Now they just need to keep up with the ride and change the film every now and again and not just keep the one film. I liked the idea that someone posted a while ago about a different film everytime almost like ToT let the ride decide.:sohappy:

I don't think Soarin' is boring at all!! It is one of my favorites. I think the best seating is not the front MIDDLE row, but on one of the sides in the front closer to the middle. This is because the two sides actually go a little bit closer to the screen than the middle row (I noticed this when I rode in the middle, and I could see both sides slightly closer. To me, it just makes it a that much better and it seems a lot more believable. Also, if you can't ride in the front, don't do it at all. It's completely different. We ask for it everytime :wave:

It is easily my favorite attraction at Epcot and in my top 3 overall.

To the OP: As everyone has said try and get row B1. If anything A1 and C1, but the front row middle(B1) is by far the best spot to ride.
But considering the ride has the highest guest approval rating of any Disney attraction ever, I think it may be just you. :wave:

It all depends on what you're looking for. I think Soarin' is a phenomenal attraction in its own right. It is completely different from Expedition Everest / Space Mountain / Tower Of Terror / etc, but is right along side them in E-ticket status. It's like saying, "What's a better restaurant? Olive Garden or Longhorn?" It all depends on whether you want Italian or Steak.
