To be fair to Nate though, the voting only opened up like, today. I don’t think the schedule was really that iron clad, so if someone had a particularly busy day would have been very easy for them to totally miss out.

And IIRC he’s on the west coast. And typically these deadlines and results shows happen much later at night. I’m quite happy with a 9pm EST start time for the live show, but that’s also very much a departure from the norm for the game.
Nate was the highest finishing player to not reach the finals so like, IMO his vote absolutely deserves to be counted.
