In other (bad) news, it looks like GMR is closing. Luckily it won't be until after the TCM sponsorship ends, which at least gives us time to go on it one last time before it closes.

I'm still skeptical of it, only because I remember the hoopla about Cars Land supposedly coming back in 2012, and that didn't happen.
On a happy note I rode Splash for the first time ever in 5 years yesterday...and all the effects were working...that is most definitely one of the best attractions Disney has ever created.
Also Space Mountain in WDW is still the best version (even though I may be in the minority, I don't care
)

I believe some people on here have said that it would close in 2017. The forbidden site has a bit longer a timetable I think.
But it given Martin's recent posts he makes it seem like there's more to the story than we know.
I just can't believe they would want to replace (classic attractions that is!) instead of actually building up new stuff!

He said we'd like the replacement, what ever it is, so I don't mind as long as I get back to DHS before it closes.
