Is everything demo'd? I haven't seen any recent pics that show the stone base down.

I am starting to wonder if everything is being halted again for review like happened a couple years ago when everything seemed to stop. Even the pace of BatB and LM seems to have slowed.
I am wondering just what the management changes actually mean for the pace and scope of future projects. There could be a major reevaluation of everything underway. Strange because we are only weeks away from D23.
:veryconfu
I dont see that work has slowed on BATB or LM. Possibly the old Skyway... but they may have just let the demolition contract.
Hopefully they get moving on this. Seems like you can see a construction wall from any point in the back half of the park. NOT that I'm complaining that they are expanding, just wish some of it would wrap up so I can experience it.
So what's the current status? Surely there's new news to convey a month post-demolition?? Let's have it
As promised, here is a rendered plan of the proposed Skyway changes - one with labels, one without:
Gee...the men's restroom building sure is alot smaller than the women's building.

Picture this at Epcot @ the American pavillion about 7pm...
On New Year's Eve, the wait for the men's room was around 7 minutes - the women's was almost 35 minutes!!
TRUE story!!
Thats obvious...men go to the restroom for usually one purpose...women go for several
I was always told that it breaks down to the simple math that it takes more room to sit rather than stand. We literally did an entire study in gender issues in restroom design for my architecture program two years ago . The conclusions really did come down to the greater number of uses women tend to place in restrooms, and one of the solutions many designers have decided to approach recently is to give women an according amount of increased space.

Let's not forget all the moms (why don't Dad's ever take them in?) Do you know how much longer it takes when you have one or more children along with you? Everything takes so much longer. It wasn't too many years ago I would have to be in those little stalls together with my child putting my hand near the sensor trying to convince her the toilet wouldn't flush on her and she could go safely. Then trying to hand her the toilet paper with the other hand while in the same position. Often I failed :ROFLOL:
Ok that one is new to me. So what other bodily function do women have that I did not learn about in biology or anatomy class? :ROFLOL:
not a bodily function, but checking hair, makeup, talking about us guys when we're not there, etc.
I can't believe that this thread has become a discussion of men and women's bathroom habits. I was really hoping this was new news about the old skyway station area. Turns out it's just "Toilet Talk."
