Not old, just vintage.
Noooo thank you.

If I had to wear anything nicer than jeans and a t-shirt I wouldn't be happy. Most months out of the year Disney is hot and crowded. If I am going to deal with those conditions, I want to be comfortable.

For a place to support using your vivid imagination, wishing upon stars, highlighting the fantasy it would sure be odd for them to limit what you can wear in the parks.

Just my opinion, hope I'm not the minority.

Isn't there already a dress code in effect?

  • No vulgar t-shirts.
  • No shirts, no shoes, no service.
  • No Halloween masks allowed.
  • No dressing up in fur suits as to resemble a character

Hmmmm

Where do you draw the line? Something I consider indecent may not be considered indecent by others.

For example, when I was a single guy going with my buds, I had NO problem with girls wearing string bikini tops. But now, as I age, and head toward possibly having children, I'd like a little more be left to the imagination, ya know?

Should they prohibit people from wearing shirts with crude cartoons, phrases or swear words? In my opinion, yes. Should they prohibit ladies from wearing bikinis in the Theme Parks? IMO, yes - save it for the water parks.

Should they say that you have to wear a button-up shirt and long pants? No.

I think their current policy is best - leave it to the discretion of management.

What are they gonna do? Make everyone wear the same stuff? Thats nuts. It will never happen. People do wear some crazy stuff while there but all they can do is say umm can you buy a shirt, or leave.

Personally, I think people just need to ask a friend if they are wearing enough before they leave the house and that'll solve the problem.

Honestly, if my friends let me go out wearing.. basically nothing.. to a place where little kids are observing you, I would switch up my friend pool.

There is a code, and they need to stick to it.

There should also be free friendly advice.

It's not against the dress code to wear mis-matched flip flops with your orange shorts and stained wife-beater (and nor should it be) but someone should give people a clue once in a while.

I think all guests should be required to purchase Disney-approved attire avaiable at the front gate of each park.

No, I don't believe there should be a dress code because it's a place to relax and be yourself and carefree on a getaway. I'd hate to be told what to or not to wear when I pay big bucks to enjoy myself.

BUT

I do think people should be more mindful of their choice of dress... like booty shorts and a tube top on people who, lets just say, shouldn't be wearing that...period.

It's one of the few places I know of where a large, sweaty and exposed asz crack is a fashion statement.

And I'm cool with that. As long as their cool with me possibly losing my pants during a binge 'round the world.

God bless the "Ignore" button.
I'm saying "yes." But it should be common sense. No curse words. Try to cover up what some may find offensive.

Frankly, I'd like to kick out any girl that wears shorts with words on their butts, but that's just me...
