But I've given something up the past four years.

Unfortunately, I can't get it out now. The skin has covered up the hole...and I can't find anyway to get it so it will come out. It's painful, but not all the time, only occasionally.
It will fall out eventually though...just gotta give it some time.

You haven't even seen mine. They're actually so bad that it can be considered a psychological disorder. I'm not even exaggerating.
But it would be a RADICAL change in my life if I stopped. We'll see how it works out.

I used to bite my fingernails like corn on the cob. But I made it my New Year's Resolution to stop in 2nd grade...and I am happy to say that I am no longer a nail-biter.
But it was a very long process while I was still having the craving to bite my nails (I'm making it sound like I ate my nails, which I can assure you, is false :lol. Luckily with time and some help from friends and family, I was able to kick the habit.
That is SUCH a hard habit to break...TRUST ME.
