My ankle felt better at school today....but is now back to hurting just as much as it did yesterday.

I did ice it yesterday.
I should ice it again today.
I really should have iced it when it first happened...but I was in a rush, running into the house, just to run back out.
Silly me.

Right now, the arch of the foot is a bit swollen. Certain parts of the foot are black and blue, too.
Ugh...getting hurt $*#&$!
