a little - depending on how it's bent....

Well, I'm concerned because buckling is a classic symptom of a torn meniscus. (cartilage) So is pain along the inside of the knee, and pain with up/down stairs. (worse with down) If it doesn't get better on its own, you may need to see an orthopedic specialist. :( Or, if you want, I'd be happy to meet you if you come up to see DD and look at it for you. I can do some tests that will tell me if it is likely a torn meniscus or something else.

Edit: Bye, Nibblies!

Crap...that sounds like what's happened to me in the past - the inside of the knee pain and the problems going up/down steps. I'm fine at the moment, but I'm never overly confident that it won't suddenly happen again.

O/T: Everytime I see your siggy, Kristin, I'm singing it in my head. :D

Evening folks! Just chillin' at the moment.

:D Me, too! We have the MK events CD, too, and the kids are always asking for the castle show. I know the whole thing by heart!

It's hard, b/c a torn meniscus has similar symptoms to patellofemoral syndrome. Usually a mensicus tear is from some type of trauma (a fall, or a sports injury) whereas PFS just develops out of nowhere.

Sighs.....well, the fact that I'm putting all that extra weight on it is definitely a factor :o...oh, and the children. Everything is their fault too. :lookaroun
