Kramer went there at first to use the restroom, but then Jerry ended up watching tv - the NY Mets game was on.

Kramer later came back in because he was being chased by the 2 gay puerto ricans because he set fire to the puerto rican flag.

George, I believe was seeking refuge from the laser pointer guy from the movie theatre.

All of this time, Elaine was marching people through the bleachers to get to the other side of the street just so she could "unwind".
