When I worked at a bookstore we had to try and basically pester the hell out of people to get our discount card which they had to pay for to receive. I absolutely hated doing it, and we had to do it to each and every customer. I can normally read people and know when they are the type who will listen to your spiel and when they are the type who are going to get really angry at you for wasting there time. So I felt very uncomfortable doing it. I would get in trouble by my manager if I didn't do it to everyone and I hated it. So I know what you mean about the pressure.

I seriously hate this practice!
It seems like you can't go anywhere anymore without being pressured into buying something or signing up for a charge card. When I go to the cash register in a store, it means I have what I want and I'm ready to go. Please don't try to sell me something else. But no. . .first you have to stand in line and listen to the poor sales people, who don't want to do it in the first place, give that spiel to every person in line before it's your turn to listen and politely refuse. Tiresome. And you can't walk through a mall without being bombarded by kiosk workers and survey takers. Annoying. It's starting to make more and more sense to shop over the internet.
Rant over. :lookaroun

Hey Joanna! How's your day going?Yay! Hey Steph.
Hey Joanna! How's your day going?
Hey Nibbs :kiss:oh...hi!
hmmm...I don't know. But what I would do is stick a piece of cardboard (maybe on each side) in there maybe, just to be sure.OT: does anyone know if you need to do anything special when mailing magnets? Like, does there have to be something between the magnet & envelope so it doesn't stick to the inside of the mailboxes? :veryconfu
Hmmm...that's a good idea. I'm trying to think of something lighter weight, like tissue paper or posterboard or something. Also something that looks somewhat nice (I'm making my own Save the Dates :king.hmmm...I don't know. Maybe I should ask them at the PO. I just hate going there
Cool, thanks!! And thanks to Nibb's mommy!Oh...gotcha.
Um...tissue paper if you're really concerned might work.
My mom said that it shouldn't stick though b/c the envelope gets in the way.
Oh. Well, now there's a good idea. :lol:Put it in an envelope and then try sticking it to the fridge.
