Ignore the whole Marvel mishegoss (BTW, The Marvel Mishegoss was my favorite Adventure of Rocky & Bullwinkle). How about a Planet of the Apes ride? Give Andy Serkis free rein to go bug nuts on an attraction.

I'm just looking forward to being greeted at check-in at my resort someday by Tim Curry, Rob Schneider, and company... as well as some sort of zany shenanigans breaking loose involving a Talkboy cassette tape recorder.

I was hoping for a slightly different Tim Curry inspired hotel.;)

I understand that Univeral has the right to Marvel. But what about The Simpsons? Universal already has a land but I wonder what type of things Disney could do with the license.

Universal has Simpsons contract for a certain amount of year. I believe the Simpsons is one the things that is rumored to be part Universal's upcoming Beijing theme park.

It will be interesting to see where they go with it especially with Blue Sky animation and see if they give it any precious care similar to Pixar..Doubtful but would be curious to see what they would consider..

Yeah and the Former Paramount Parks had their share of using the Rights to the other Sci-fi series..But taking the theme and putting to the Rock-N-Roller Coaster...

When that first opened, it was pretty awesome. It was one of the first queues I can remember that really pulled you in to a story. The Area 51 hangar and flying saucer that you went into to get on the ride was great.
