Rides coming out of the Fox Deal

I am uneasy about this if Disney starts putting in mega roller coasters instead of detailed family rides with a quality theme and story. Consider the studios already has tower of terror, aerosmith, the new Star War land being built which will have a thrill simulator ride, Star tours, and now a Fern gully roller coaster? I have no issue with thrill rides in particular, but see Magic Kingdom in how to balance them out with quality family rides suitable for all ages of riders. Could Disney do more with the Fern gully story than just a steel roller coaster that looks to have little theme to go with it?

That’s never gonna happen. ( plus it was a obvious joke) It would give people more to do...you can’t jack up every price because of simpler rides...and it might encourage the “paupers”
To try to come.

No, no, and hellllll no

I mean, Disney will now own the rights to Idiocracy, so the Time Machine ride from the film might be on the table. ;)
(This is the only image I could find that wouldn't get me permabanned.)

What is that?! Jeez, does anyone even remember that Iron Man cartoon and just what episode I am talking about? That cartoon is so obscure, I always get these weird reactions every time I bring my idea up. The show ran for two years (1994-1996) and the episode in question I want to base the retheme of Body Wars on aired November 4th, 1995.
It just struck me as funny.

Still, not going to happen in WDW. Universal has the rights to the characters east of the Mississippi.

But they don't use Iron Man in the park. They only use Hulk, and they make no mention of his role in the Avengers. The ride is themed to his solo comic. Marvel should really change the contract so that only characters Universal is using and characters mentioned (like how Doctor Doom mentions the Fantastic Four on Fearfall) can't be used at WDW, but the characters "related" to characters they're using (like Iron Man and Hawkeye, for example) can. Plus, animated Dr. Cynthia Lair on the new Body Wars with Elisabeth Shue reprising her role.
Not how it works, unfortunately. That contract is pretty ironclad and was made at a time when Marvel wasn't the powerhouse company it is today. Universal already has Hulk, all of the original Avengers, and Spider-Man. Heck, Disney can't even use the word "Marvel" in their parks. They're just saying, "Superhero." Unless there is a significant change that takes place as the result of renegotiation between Disney and Universal, Marvel characters in WDW will be kept to a minimum and won't include any of the "heavy hitters." They got lucky with Guardians because, until the movie was a hit, they were unknown outside of comic fans and weren't included in the Universal deal. Nobody outside of the two companies has a copy of the contract, so we really don't know exactly which characters are covered by it, but we have a pretty good idea because of what has already been used by Universal.

I asked this before but, never got anything about this...How is Disney getting away using MARVEL in a Store on Property outside of the Parks at Disney Springs when they aren't allowed to use "Said" Name?

Hawkeye is an Avenger. Avengers are not allowed in a Disney theme park east of the Mississippi. Same with any character considered an Avenger, the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man. Sorry, but that's just how it is.

If Disney could renegotiate with Universal, this problem wouldn't ever be here. But noooooo. They've GOT to have... money. (Cha-ching!).

This has been discussed ad naseum (search the forums, you'll find thousands of posts about it). Disney has little reason to renegotiate the deal, because it would make them no money. Universal has zero reason to renegotiate the deal, because it makes them a lot of money.
