At one point the reservation system was used to manage capacity. Now it’s about labor and resource allocation to minimize expense.The only thing I can figure is they are having trouble managing capacity at MK and HS. Honestly if you are going to have a reservation system at all, allowing park hopping doesn't make much sense.

Again, if this was actually happening and has been communicated to call center cast; they would not be allowed to discuss it with guests until it was made public.
