Looks like they built it on the ground to make it easier and will lift it up into position with a crane. The twist, the contractors built the roof in the wrong spot.

This is going to be so incredibly hot from late April to mid September. There has to be fans as well as the umbrellas right? The hot smoking pit in the middle of the all brick surroundings will just be unbearable.
Guessing they will be independently mounted. There is no way this will not have some kind of shade

Hot, yes. But it's a dry rub.
Yep!Or just sit indoors?
Regardless, I'll be eating indoors and taking advantage of the a/c.
Just adding my two cents. This was going to be one of the few good things coming to Epcot in my opinion before they announced there was a character tie-in.
So then I would ask Disney suits, why have a character IP then? There's no need for it.And yet a character tie-in will have zero impact on whatever comes out of the kitchen.
My completlety lacking any insider knowledge whatsoever GUESS would be no. Just Sam's face here and there. MAYBE some audio of his voice welcoming guests to the most patriotic eatery in all of Walt Disney World. But my money is on nothign more than some art here and there.I actually don't know: What is the character tie in other than Sam the Eagle being on the logo? Is there a show indoors or something?
Why is it Pinocchio's Village Haus in Fantasyland serving pizza, there isn't any need for the character IP there either? So then I would ask Disney suits, why have a character IP then? There's no need for it.
Fantasyland has been the traditional home of Disney's fairy tales and classic stories since Disneyland opened in 1955.Why is it Pinocchio's Village Haus in Fantasyland serving pizza, there isn't any need for the character IP there either?
Yeah, it's probably just gonna be one or two pictures of Sam here and there and that's it. I mean, it's not like PizzeRizzo is all that Muppet-y. If Disney wanted, they could take out what little Muppet stuff is in there and retheme the place as a normal pizza eatery and it wouldn't be too hard.My completlety lacking any insider knowledge whatsoever GUESS would be no. I didn't say it offended me nor is this issue personal. I just think its a bad decision.Sam Eagle's face will be on the menu. Other than that it's Disney BBQ food. Don't eat there if you Sam Eagle offends you
