Ew.
WDI's desire to link the Muppets with American history dates back to at least 1994 for Disney's American Celebration (a variation of Disney's America). I'm not sure why there's been a decades long interest in mixing the two, but it obviously still has its supporters within Imagineering.
There is no way I will be able to call this the Regal Eagle. No matter how hard I try, I will end up saying Regal Beagle. I think I am also one of the few that finds it very funny.
Well, that logo's certainly an appetite-killer. Yuck.
First that unappetizing flop of a muppet-rat restaurant, and now this. Who in TDO comes up with these idiot ideas?

It actually wouldI have to admit, I would crack up if the windows at Space 220 had this...
I would rather have seen this go into Liberty Tree Tavern (along with keeping Great Moments) and have Epcot's BBQ themed to an actual historical figure like Jim Bowie.
So are Steve Urkle, E.T. and Honey Boo Boo.
Maybe they could have based it on Knight Rider? K.I.T.T. could read the menu to visually impaired guests.
Does Disney own Knight Rider? Because Test Track could become something awesome...
Wonder if they’ll reprise great moments in history at Epcot.
