Reflections of Earth improvements including new lasers

I wouldn't expect any plussing. More likely updating what's already there (as in bringing it upto date)
I think that alone could be interesting. Thanks for the information. :)

What would they do? Pull one barge at a time and work on them that way so the show could go on?

Wouldn't mist screens completely obstruct the view of the earth barge? Although abstract lasers in the fountains alone would be just as good
No, the barge would probably glow through them and just interfere with the projected imagery.

But I seemingly wouldn't expect that improvement to come along. Save it for Rivers of Light. :) Ha!

If I remember right you just mentioned World of Color like changes. I think people immediately thought of mist screens. Granted World of Color uses a lot of water jets.

I actually took that to mean the laser changes as the WoC Lasers are now easily matched by the IllumiNations Lasers.

But tons of fountains would be nice, too. :D

It's not to easy to just add more fountains... Although they may look small the Fountains out in the lake are wide enough to stretch across the Fountain of Nations. Unlike the Fountain of Nations where the water is sent up by air,the Maxi barge fountains have a continuos flow. Thats allot of power and those barges arrant quiet. There so loud if you stand away from the speakers you can hear them, especially by the bathrooms at the Norway pavilion or any other place away from the speakers. They would probably have to make more Maxi barges to add more fountains.

It's amazing how the speakers cancel out the sound of the barges. They require generators and large pumps to put on that fountain display. The lake has no room for more maxi Barges. That not only would be a cluster it would also be a terrible eye sour for the day time. Even if they made extension fountains it would probably be very unsafe to have high voltage wires ran from each barge because they probably wouldn't have generators in the first place if they could do it that way.
No, not at all. You'd need newer and larger barges which probably won't happen for quite a while.

What they could do is make a flat barge and put 2 pumps on it that pump water and alternate electricity at the same time, then all you would see is some piping
This description isn't enough to really allow me to visualize it and see if it's feasible, but sure, why not? hahah. I'd love to see some new fountains out there.

Echoing tissandtully - we saw both shows on NYE and they looked great. Even my 6-year-old noticed the new lasers (although my wife didn't).

I actually liked the Peace on Earth tag a lot more than the NYE tag.
