Re-Do a Retheme!

That sounds pretty neat man! I don't think Percy is a big enough franchise though. It seems to be very third or fourth tier.

I agree about the movie and tv show franchise. But I do love the myths that are used in it and Hercules (which is a classic). I think it works because the Percy ride is more about the creatures and such, thus it wouldn't focus on the books or movies. Much like Maelstrom did.

For an upcoming retheme:

Ducktales: Genesis of the Clan McDuck (DINOSAUR retheme)

The ride’s exterior features a mid-century modern “tiki” design to it, resembling one of the theming-heavy hotels surrounding ODL as a meta-reference, with one of Gyro’s vehicles parked atop it prominently, this vehicle serving as a teaser for our ride vehicles. Walking inside, Gladstone Gander is present as an AA, talking about how the rates at this “Enchanted Tiki Hotel” are through the roof, even if the various amenities have been taken away over time, with him mentioning an “interactive boat game” & a “water show” as among them. You can also see a collection of fossils, as well as an interactive scale model of Bubba doing the “McDuck Cane Strike” signature move. The next room shows none other than Iago (in a more anthro form, to make up for the lack of Aladdin the Series in 2017) talking about how he’s always the fall guy, especially with Chester & Hester. Gladstone is also there, chatting with Iago about his newest exhibit, “History of Clan McDuck”, that is sure to attract customers! But he needs some help with the research, so he & Gladstone have some witnesses on board, including the riders. A package from “FOWL” lands at the doorstep, with Iago carefully opening it. “Is this Chester & Hester’s “farewell gift” they had in mind for me? It looks like some kind of… Time Machine. That’s brilliant!”

That is actually a really great idea, that I never thought of. It would make all of the character meet and greets actually make sense.

Re-Do: Germany

Finally the pavilion will have some attractions. No longer will it just be a food and beer section. You’ll be able to spend some real quality time in it. More architecture will be added representing the historic village of Rothenburg ob der Tauber.

EG2CvSUUcAAsqpP.jpg:large

Tangled
----- (dark ride, similar to snow white’s enchanted wish)
----- (A tangled themed ride which shows the first film’s story. Much like many other classic dark rides do in Disneyland and Disney World. It will show it from beginning to the end, in a book report style. With of course traditional face animatronics much like the version that recently opened in Tokyo.)

Disney-Rhine-River-Cruise.jpg

Rhine River Cruise
----- (boat ride, similar to the unbuilt version)
----- (from Imagineering Disney "The future River Ride promises to be as enjoyable as it is informative. An early concept has guests boarding a "cruise boat" for a simulated ride down the Rhine and other rivers.” It will show the history and heritage of this great country in various scenes with detailed animatronics and sets. You will see sights like “The Black Forest, the Oktoberfest, Heidelberg and the industrial Ruhr Valley” –"Walt Disney's EPCOT Center" by Richard Beard)

Re-Do: New Expansion area

The Snuggly Duckling

A new quick service will be built in the new expansion area, replacing Sommerfest as the cheap food option for the pavilion. It serves traditional Germany meals and treats on plates shaped like iron pans. Just like in the movie it will have a Tavern and Bar atmosphere. With décor that represents both Germany and Tangled.

It would be nice to get some boat rides and dark rides in Epcot. Ratatouille breaks down a lot like the other trackless versions. It'd be nice to have alternatives in the area.

It would be nice if Tangled had more than just a toilet.

I know, Tiana's movie only made 271 million at the box office, but she got a ride. I love Tiana, but it seemed unnatural and forced for her to get a ride in Disney World. They should have just did it in Disneyland where they actually have a New Orleans section. Disney wanted to get their pat on the back... I guess.

It would have been good in Fantasyland in MK. But I guess that makes too much sense. hahaha

Now they’d have to put SOTS in Fantasyland…

Splash should have stayed Splash. The way God ... and many smart Imagineers originally intended it to be. Tiana could have got a dark ride or dark boat ride instead in Fantasyland. I would have loved to have seen it instead of Dwarf's Mine Train. This way we'd get the new and improved Snow White's Enchanted Wish where Scary Adventure used to be.

Disney wasn't woke back then though. So they wouldn't have done that...

Yeah, we need more conservatives to join Disney, and not by force like with project 2025 (which would completely silence even good liberal stuff), but more naturally like the Peltz attempt. It would give ordinary conservatives an ally rather than forcing them to work with radicals.

Like with any business, it's simple!

Just give people what they want. Not what you want to give them.

People want unwoke versions of X-Men, Fantastic Four, Ghost Rider, Blade, etc.
They don't want Echo, Ironheart, Agatha, Wonder Man, etc.

Same goes for every other part of their company.

We are getting unwoke (and woke-but-good) X-Men. What would unwoke versions of Echo, Ironheart, and Wonder Man even be like? I am aware than an unwoke Agatha would be simply a villain. Unwoke She-Hulk only works in animation. Would people like them if they were non-woke (or at least woke-but-good)?

With Lucasfilm, I don’t think people want their franchises in any form, period anymore. Except maybe an uncut original trilogy release. It’s too bad really, an animated complete reboot of Indy would slap hard but maybe it’s too late for that.

Echo and Agatha shouldn't have even gotten shows, they are insignificant characters. If done, they should have at least only been on other people's shows.

And Wonder man, much like Ariel is Caucasian. There's plenty of great black characters (that I love) like Black Panther, Blade, Luke Cage and Storm from the X-Men. The most important thing is to stay true to the original versions. The versions people fell in love with. There's no reason to stray away from them.
