Rapunzel's tower has arrived.

Do you now know how to search the forums and find those yourself?

They are all the threads in the last few months related to either the Tangled bathrooms or the FLE photo threads showing the Tangled area in addition to the other stuff.

The burden of proof is on the prosecution, not the defendant.

If you state something as fact, then be prepared to show proof.

Do you not know how to use a dictionary?

Go to dictionary.com. Then type in "naysayer".

You honestly are an adult who has never heard that word before? That's shocking.

No sir, I looked up "naysayer" in the search function here, as you suggested....

Use the search function. Look at the threads about the Tangled restrooms done in the last few months. Especially the last month before the tower was actually installed.
You use the search function. I just don't believe you....you made the statement, so prove it.

I tried looking up "naysayer," but I all I got were your posts and the associated chatter.....

Since you don't seem to know how to look things up, here's a good definition from webster.com too:

nay·say·er

noun \ˈnā-ˌsā-ər, -ˌser\

Definition of NAYSAYER

: one who denies, refuses, opposes, or is skeptical or cynical about something
nay–say·ing noun
See naysayer defined for English-language learners »
Examples of NAYSAYER

  1. There are always naysayers who say it can't be done.
  2. <those naysayers who attack the integrity of the entire judicial system>

You're very confused.

I told you to use the search function here to look up info about the people who were claiming there would be no tower in the Rapunzel section. You can use the search function here to do that in the other Rapunzel bathroom threads.

You silly goose! This search function is not a dictionary. If there are big words you don't know then you need to go to an online dictionary to find those!

You can't find definitions to the words you never learned via this search function. Only a dictionary can help you with that!

Sir, you seem to be avoiding your own comment. Provide the links to the "naysayers" here, as you stated there were, through the forum search function, as you yourself suggested....

I am so confused at what is going on here? Are there inside jokes I am missing? I am normally pretty quick at these things...

Pretty much what I expected of you. Make some outlandish statements about there being numerous people around here saying that no tower would be forthcoming, then refuse to provide any proof. Have a good day, sir....

What a rude person you are!

And my husband and kids will get a big kick out of you repeatedly calling me "sir".

Because after all, I was the one who began discussing all of the "naysayers," then couldn't link to any of their supposed multitude of comments....

I'm sure.....

Aesthetic details.

I was just explaining this to my girlfriend, and it's why I love the Tower so much - even though I too, am disappointed with it being 'just a bathroom'.

Every era of Imagineering architectural design, is obvious, if you pay attention. In other words, there is noticeable contrast between what was built in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. Techniques and technologies developed, and of course, with our technology today, and everything we've learned, today's designing... tops every era all.

I am a little OCD, and a big believer in feng shui - I believe it's a law, not a theory - and adding a section built with modern-day architectural and designing techniques among that of a - ridiculously corny - 70's section... 'feels' good to me, instead of it all being crammed and compiled up into the 20,000 Leagues plot.
Balance design aesthetic is different than placing a landmark and giving an area a marker of significance. If anything, I think it will make the Fantasyland corridor look worse, an area not set to be changed in the near future. It is breaking the distinction that the recently built Castle Wall is supposed to mark.

Oh come on. I used quotes on the word Gateway. "Now you're just being mean" (flynn ryder). You're a semantics person eh? I see. I'll explain my point further. Let's use the word marker or landmark instead of gateway. The tower is a beautiful Landmark letting people know that they are about to enter into different realm. LEtting people see from far and wide, from colonial america and the wild frontier, that there is a land of fantasy awaiting them and it all begins at the tower.
Especially with all of the new landscaping in the FLE. This goes right along with the new attention to detail instead of the overdressed store fronts of the older FL attractions. This tower is indicative of the new standard for attractions to the park. Even the bathrooms are going to be beautiful. It amazes me that this conversation even exists. We should be happy with the way they are building these sites and additions.
I can't wait to see what they do to TL if they ever get there. :D
If that is the case, then this tower is in competition with Cinderella Castle and the entire park design of the Magic Kingdom which moves around the Hub. It also goes right along with my initial complain of the Magic Kingdom being viewed as all fake and the other lands all being beneath Fantasyland and not deserving of their own thematic integrity.

Sweetie, use the search function and look this up yourself. It takes very little effort on your part to do that if you want to do it.

Here's just one of these types of comments from November 17th:

I have spoke to people here while at Disney World and they have confirmed that the Tangled Area will be only bathrooms and the sun design. There is no tower being built because the are trying to have fantasy land nice and open. The cm working outside that area said the princesses will all be in the old Snow White building. For the life of me I can't remember the name. The area will be themed bathrooms only

One person commenting that someone told him the tower would not be coming. And done in such a negative, naysaying light too. How utterly (un)impressive....

Sweetie, if he followed things closely he would have seen all the people who insisted there wouldn't be a tower. Because there were a lot of naysayers going on for the longest time about how there would be no tower.

Clearly, someone does not follow things closely if he was not aware of all the naysaying about that.
Thanks Patty. I think I'll Celebrate for being put in my Place. And I'm so glad I'm not one of those nay Sayers.
